Quick-serve Asian fusion with a healthy flare offers people on-the-go opportunities to
eat better. Yoshi features East Asian food including sushi, hibachi, noodle dishes,
Vietnamese pho soup and sandwiches. Yoshi also offers catering and delivery service
from select restaurants. Yoshi will expand by utilizing a contractor operated store model.
Sun & Moon Cafe
Sun and Moon Cafe offers Sun and Moon drinkable and crème yogurt, frozen yogurt, coffee,
and espresso in a variety of flavors, specialty teas, smoothies, and boba teas along side
with freshly baked goods and sandwiches. The café also features baked goods from
Joyce’s Bakery including a variety of cakes and pastries.
7K Farms Wholesale Distribution
The wholesale food distributor provides over 50 years of service to more than 260
restaurants and food establishments in south-central Indiana. It wholesales and
distributes frozen and refrigerated foods, dry and canned foods, utensils, and other
restaurant supply items. 7K Farms will play a key role in the company’s expansion into
the Asian food market and in the distribution of Sun and Moon premium yogurt products in
the Midwest region.
Joyce's Bakery
Premium quality, Euro-Asian style bakery produces a variety of premium quality cakes
and pastries. The products are being sold in Sun and Moon Café and Yoshi restaurants.
The company plans to establish a bakery manufacturing facility and distribute its
products to local and regional bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants.
